To schedule an intake appointment or to address additional questions, please contact us by calling 303-756-5400.  We try to answer all incoming calls; however, please understand that we provide services for many individuals and families and may not be available to speak with you immediately.  If you get our voice mail, please leave a brief message, and we will return your call as quickly as possible.

During the initial telephone call to our office, we will briefly get some preliminary information regarding the reason you are seeking services at the present time.  This will help us determine which of our therapists may be most suitable for your current needs.

Insurance

We are participating providers in the following insurance plans:

Please note that this list may change due to changes in provider status.

If your insurance plan is not on this list, your insurance company may offer an option for out-of-network benefits. 

We DO NOT accept Medicaid.  If you have Medicaid, please call your local mental health center.  The number will be located on your Medicaid card. 

We work with a professional billing service, and they will help you verify your insurance benefits after you have scheduled your initial appointment.  In the event that we are not a participating provider with your plan, our billing office will submit insurance claims on your behalf so that you can receive reimbursement for paid services provided to you or your family member.

Co-Payments & Co-Insurance

All out-of-pocket fees are to be paid at the time services are rendered.  For you convenience we accept cash, checks or credit cards.  In order to make the most of your therapy time, please make your check payable to your provider prior to the time of your appointment.
