To schedule an intake appointment or to address additional questions, please contact us. We invite you to call to discuss issues and concerns you have related to your specific circumstances or problems.
Please understand that we provide services for many individuals and families and may not be available to talk with you immediately. Please leave a brief message and we will return your call as quickly as possible to address your questions and schedule an appointment for you.
Prior to scheduling
Prior to scheduling an appointment please consider the following:
- Who might best serve your treatment needs, either Dr. Coats or Dr. Sutten. This will be discussed and decided at the time of your call.
- We have offices in Littleton and Lakewood. Please consult our office location map to identify which office would be best for you.
- Please understand that we can only accept a limited number of new insurance clients. In the event that you need to utilize your insurance coverage, you will need to contact your insurance company to obtain the following information:
- Confirm that either Dr. Sutten or Dr. Coats are participating psychologists with your insurance company’s panel of behavioral health providers.
- Is there a deductible on your plan? How much is it? How much has been met for this fiscal year?
- What is the out-of-pocket co-payment for each session?
- How many sessions are allowed annually for your plan?
- If pre-authorization for services is required, you must contact your insurance company and request the first authorization.
