Psychological Evaluations

To provide the most comprehensive and successful treatment services an evaluation of the underlying and contributory factors for most psychological problems is important.  An assessment of the history and presentation of the clinical symptoms and personality factors of any psychological problem deepens the understanding of the causes of the problem.  A comprehensive assessment also provides the necessary guidance for developing an accurate treatment plan for successful intervention.

Aspen Counseling Center provides a full range of psychological evaluations for assessment of children, adolescents, and adults.  All evaluations are performed by licensed psychologists during 2 to 4 hour periods of scheduled assessment sessions.

Evaluations can be completed for the following purposes:

• I.Q. Evaluations
• ADHD/ADD Evaluations
• Personality Assessments
• Court Referred Mental Health Evaluations
• Substance Abuse Evaluations
• Anger Evaluations
• Motivational Evaluations

Scheduling for evaluation can be obtained by contacting us and requesting an initial interview session to discuss assessment and treatment issues.  Psychological evaluations are provided on a fee-for-service basis only and are not provided through 3rd party insurance carriers.
